We believe rhum Karekura used to be produced at 'Distillerie Domaine du Marquisat de Sainte-Marie', but this distillery doesn't seem to be operational anymore. The 'the team' page on their website doesn't mention a master-distiller. It seems Karekura is currently used as a brand name for rum made from sugarcane grown on Domaine du Marquisat and (possibly) distilled by Distillerie Bellevue.
